Is Nick Fury's SP3 glitched out? Everytime a throw a SP3 with internal bleed active, there isn't an attack boost. Is this happening to anyone else?

    Do you have his Fury buff active? I think you might need both

    each of them has its own bonus, but they are only 2296 attack, not damage, each.
