Next r4 5*

I'm building up my roster to make my first run through 5.3, I have enough for 1 r4 5*. I don't have much power control on my team so I was going to rank up Hawkeye until I pulled an AA. Which one would be better for 5.3? Only other r4 I have is duped voodoo.

    Archangel. Even though he benefits a fair bit from his sig, he is still better than hawkeye (not saying hawkeye is bad btw)
