4* cull obsidian worth upgrading to r5 unduped?

Try playing him first. Do you like his playstyle, do you understand his abilities and does he feel smooth? If all yes, then go for it (grind resources) But he really needs to have a high sig, so for me, no, but it's ur choice (he nerfed
