4* mystic champs and others

Hi I have got some mystic iso to ramp up my champs. Now I have some nearly ready to rank to r4 are any of these worth ranking up?
Dr strange
The hood
Scarlet witch
All unawakened
Also I have a Loki but my maxed out 3* is only so so
But with resources limited I also have some non mystic champs thinking of ranking
Omega unawakend r3 heard good things and is good
Blade r3 as above
Taskmaster r3 he is fun to play but feel others better?
Hawkeye r4 find him surprisingly good but is he worth ranking up?
Gwenpool just opened up a crystal with her, heard good things

    Scarlett witch all day. She was my champ that delivered the killing blow to the collector, as well as took out a good deal of his health. You cant go wrong with Scarlett witch.

    Ok thanks all. Interestingly why blade then omega? Is witch that good then so far only seems ok unless need to upgrade her to get benefits?
    Thoughts on Dr strange and good?

    She’s unduped so not a good choice

    Blade has nice damage and with gr is great for any villain, omega has solid utility, don’t bother with witch, she has to be awakened

    Strange is meh, hood isn’t bad, good nullify, but nothing too special

    I love my Hood! :) (but yeah, he's not top tier .. but he has his uses, and since I bring him as synergy with Ghost anyway ... I will play him on occassion .. and when I do, he totally destroys things when I'm in the groove!! O.o )
    Underrated, IMHO ... but still not top tier for sure ;)

    (Stun locks via sp1 spam .. stagger, power drain ... invisibility .. he has tons going for him ... he's like a utility knife .. ;) )

    Ok so just but the bullet and ranked up scarlet witch. I was going to do hood as he seemed better and had more health but after reading about SW went with her. Fair do,s she hits hard and good synergy with capt marvel og
