DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME ISSUES??

This is more of a question for you guys at kabam, so in the USA we have daylight savings time, so on sat night/sun morning at 2am we set our clocustomers back 1 hour, so does this mean everything will be starting an hour early?? So just to clarify I live in GA In the USA so east coast, so I live in the EST timezone and right now it's Monday November 11th at 12:33 pm, so I thought I'd still have time, atleast 3p mins, to finish sundays nexus side quest, bit I just logged on to see the time was up on that event, but it's only 12:30 pm EST, so will this keep happening in the future.

    They’re changing the times, the new eq will come at normal time, it’s just things that are here now have the extra hour
