Locked out of AQ

Entered AQ as the server went down, champions are stated as locked into AQ, but I have no champions in AQ, therefore can't participate.
When i see the AQ screen now it only allows me to spectate, no join or continue option.
My Alliance members don't see my hero in AQ as well.
My champs when i view them in roster, shows them in AQ so I can't use them for anything else.
