Where can I practice with Groot?

I need to practice with Groot so pls share some information.

The problem with me is Groot in 6.2.1. With global node I have to heavy him before using special 3 but I couldn't because he shrugged off parry too quickly.

So any tips or information for practice? Thanks.

    5* groot but at R1 only SkyKnightx. otherwise he is quite hard to find
