Daily Catalyst Quests Need update.

In order to support the goal of "higher availability" of leveling resources.
  1. The rewards for expert proving grounds (T4B) be increased to provide a more feasible source of T4B.
  2. The daily class quest (Mutant Mayhem, Skill Strike, etc) should also include an EXPERT map that grants t4cc. Similar quests have been provided in the past, but the rewards need to be bumped up.
  3. Add Alpha 1 / 2 catalyst proving grounds.
  4. Future catalyst quests? T5B? T5CC?

Obviously the actual level of rewards can be balanced to provide the desired rate of advancement.

    Tier 2 and 3 class cats needs to be a guarantee in these arenas too. Imagine am trying to farm some tier 2 and 3 class cats, aI fully explored the map and all I get are shards? WTF?! These arenas are outdated and need to be remove. Add these class cats to the store where we can purchase them with GOLD...
