Not getting rewards for speacial quests

I cant claim my villains rewards I did quit and restarted 2x still no crystal and 5* shards but it still says claim and I'm getting villain kills and its counting I will try restarting again but after twice dont think it will work

I can't claim mercenary rewards. 10 out of 10 complete it just won't allow me to collect
