Reinstalled after update and it's still bugged

After the emergency patch things were still buggy, so I decided to reinstall the game, after getting out of the quest I was running in game. After the reinstall, I can confirm:
1) Some fights still get restarted as of the fight never happened.
2) Some times when the fight restarts, the loser lost half its health (it being the player or the AI).
3) Blade is missing hits against Vulture (is there a Vulture mechanic to make hits miss that I am missing???)
In short, after the game is not only unenjoyable,but also unplayable. And we haven't even started talking about all the time we lost in AQ and AW.

    3) Yes vulture has a miss mechanic, but it's so rarely triggered that I don't blame you for not noticing it haha.

    Restarting the game won't do anything, we have to wait till they fix the bugs untill the game goes back to normal.

    Amazing. After all this time and it happened to me three times in a fight. I was shocked XD
