No arena fight but still refreshing my champs

Today when I stated game to play arena I fought 3 matches and then when selected next 3 I didn't even fought and my champs got to refresh same with next 3

Kabam plz do something
Or we will loss our arena rewards plz

I just had the sabe issue. Arena crashes before fight, champions need refreshing. Even lost my streak because of this error.
