Problems with missions repeating just after already finished them

Hi. Every time i finished a fight, it always repeat and my champions lost 40% of their health. AQ doest count us a boss defeat and we dont have time to finish AW because of the maintenance.
I will expect some rewards of aomething becase it affect us badly
