Where to use my alpha and t4b catalysts

I have stockpiled about 8 t4b and 10 alpha catalysts. I'm not going to be spending any money on the game so I will be unlikely to dupe any of my five stars within the next two years. My Biggest goal is game content - being able to eventually finish chapter 5 act 2 and master mode quests etc, if possible. Here are my above average attacking champions--
Four stars duped: Dr Voodoo (4/40), Wolverine (4/40), GP (3/30), CA WW2 (3/30), WS (3/30), SW (3/30), X-23 (3/30)
Four-star unduped: Hyperion (4/40), Stark SM (3/30), Psylocke (3/30), CA OG 3/30, Cable, Thor, Drax and RR and 2/20, and The Hood and Ultron at 1/10
Five star unduped: Hulk (1/25) and Winter Soldier (1/25)

GP to R4 (she is a beast and her stun-locking abilities are amazing for clearing lines)
WW2 to R4 is a must-have
Ultron to R4 as well for his immunities and regen
Get one more T4B to take 5* Hulk to R2
