Hype is bugged

After special 3 his 3 charges never activate
And when I keep 3 power bars they still don’t activate

    There are far too many circumstances that can cause hype to not gain charges. So yes and no. This thread says nothin except @LeNoirFaineant is proving my point about him trolling.
