Thread was closed b4 all info was given. While his abilities state he can gain up to 100 soul bonds when opponent uses a special the problem is he only gains 0 or 100.
The wording is incorrect, it says up to which means you can gain 20, 30, 70 etc any number but it only put you at nothing or 100 therefore the description isnt correct or the character is bugged.
