Question about (not really) account sharing

I have a real life buddy/co-worker of mine in an alliance with me. His iPhone looks like it got ran over when thrown against a wall about 20 times. It still functions for now, but we both know it's going to **** out in him sooner than later. He's still paying on it and is unable to buy another phone currently in his life. My question is, can he log in on my phone? I'm not sure if kabam can see that we are definitely near each other every week day, and occasionally weekends. Is there risk of either of us getting in trouble for account sharing, and bigger than that, any risk of my alliance getting docked points? He's definitely skilled enough to not need piloting. Not sure what or how red flags trigger when accounts log in on different devices. Thanks in advance.
