Cyclops New Xavier School a villian?

Just wanting to make sure this is tagged correctly. I havent kept up on comics too much, I know he returned recently after a mysterious death, and I know he had the Phoenix Force before and "accidentally" killed Prof X. But he was still a "Hero" through all of that, just trying to make the world better for Mutants.

So if this legit is the way it is, that hes tagged as a villian just cus of the Phoenix Force thing, cool. If not, well...
