So... Are we going to get the rewards we earned during the outage?

I’ve got a lot of rewards that I can’t claim because I earned them during the weird outage period. I still see that I can claim them but when I try to, the game freezes and says I have no connection. These rewards and quest rewards expire soon. I really need them and I just need to know if I’ll get them or not, because if not this game just isn’t worth playing anymore. Can anyone comment?
