The Champion's "Champion of The Universe" Ability Update

Hello everyone,

As we all know, this time last year The Champion was released. With him came an ability called Champion of The Universe, which allows his persistent charges to be gained 28% faster as well as 25% increased duration and ability accuracy. This activates only when facing the Greatest Fighters. Currently, the only champions that are listed as the Greatest Fighters are Star-Lord, Stark Enhanced Spider-Man, Corvus Glaive, Hyperion, Iceman, Archangel, Blade, Gwenpool, Void, Hulk (Ragnarok), Magik and Ghost Rider. What I would like is for each year, Kabam updates this list to include that year's top champions. So, to start, I would like to request that Kabam add Thing, Havok, Captain Marvel (Movie), Nick Fury, Cull Obsidian, Namor, Stealth Spider-Man, Warlock, Black Widow (Claire Voyant), Guillotine 2099 and Doctor Doom. It would make sense for newer champs to be added if they are strong enough, but not by adding them to the list, but by replacing the existing champs.
Currently there are 2 champs from each class listed as "Greatest Fighters"
So let's say if a new champ is stronger in its class by one of the currently listed 2, he will replace one of them, depending on which one is weaker.

Those champs are good, but they will eventually be outdated, kinda like how Star Lord was overlooked when Aegon came in the game

I dont think it should be changed. His ability is already weird as it is, as keeo changing it every year isn't really a good idea.
Let it be how it is. You wouldn't want a champion with inconsistent abilities.

Also dont tag mods, it is against the ToS of the forums

I have thought about that as well. It makes sense and should be updated with the newest champs but as above, replacing the champs already there.

It's not necessary as such; but I think it'd be kind of fun if it were updated annually. Does Star Lord really belong there any more? Should Iceman be there instead of Havok or Namor?

I also think it should also be expanded to include Universal champs or Elders like Thanos, Collector and Champion himself. Champion genuinely believes he's the best fighter in the Universe. Why would he fight harder against Spiderman than he would against himself?

They shouldn't be added on, but replaced if necessary. My personal list atm would be (sticking with the 2 champs from each class theme) Domino, Omega Red, Symbiote Supreme, Magik, Ægon, Nick Fury, Captain Marvel (MCU), Hyperion, Ghost, Warlock, Quake, Captain America (Infinity War). Though arguments could be made for Claire to replace Magik, Namor to replace Omega or Domino, Corvus to replace CMM or Hype, or Guillotine (2099) to replace Warlock.
