Game keeps crashing!

I went to open 4 phc crystals and just as I did the game crashed. I logged back on and the crystals were gone and I didn’t receive any of the champs. What do I do?

    If the game crashes all the items from the crystal go into your inventory, if you believe you didnt get them then you should open a ticket, but they will be able to tell exactly what you got.

    This is correct! You will have still received whatever may have been within those Crystals. If you can't distinguish what they are based on your Roster, please reach out to our Support team via the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within the game. From there, scroll to select 'Support'. If you have troubles doing this, you can also contact them HERE.
