Unable to do any event quest completion thanks to Bug

Hello, to put it concisely I've had the rewards bug and cannot conplete any of the event quest further than I have had prior to the bug because I don't want to be banned for trying to go about my business,


Has the issue been fixed yet because I really need to get this done before personal time constraints mean I can't do it in the future. Incredibly dissapointed in this gameplay experience.
