I went and bought stuff on the black iso Market and didn't receive the shards so I'm concerned about doing it again as I'm having a hard time getting support to help me out with my issue. I've lost out on 5* shards crystals okay only phc but it's still not good to lose stuff because the game is having issues. Can I have some clarity on the problem please 😊.

    Hey there, for account specific questions, our Support Team would the best equipped to look into things. If you're already in contact with them, continuing to work with them would be the best option. For certain requests, they may have to verify some information with you, but once that is done they should be able to look more into your issue more thoroughly.
