Can’t download the new bug-fix update

Okay, so correct me if I’m wrong, but the new bug fix update for November 2019 takes up around 166 megabytes of space, right? And correct me if I’m wrong, but there are a thousand megabytes in a gigabyte...and I have about 1.3 gigabytes to spare for storage in my phone, and even though it’s an iPhone 5s without the newest operating system, it shouldn’t take so long for the update to get like literally a fiftieth of the way through downloading in like fifteen minutes. I know that this is a first-world problem, but I can’t log in because of the fact that I need to download the bug fix. I mean, I’m happy that the issues have supposedly been fixed, and thanks Kabam, but I just want to play the game. My phone is a bit strange as it is with like contacts and emails and stuff but it seems like the new update is taking way too long to download when it takes 166.1 megabytes and I have 1.3 gigs of space to spare. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I don’t mean to sound like a whiner. Thanks.
