Reset of catalyst shards

I hate to bring another issue to notice but I purchased tier 2 alpha shards with glory to form a sixth tier 2 alpha and the shards didn’t form another tier 2 alpha and just reset my shards back to 2000 without giving me another tier 2 alpha. I don’t know what caused this but I would not recommend buying any catalyst shards in shop yet
