@Kabam Miike hi, my alliance have lost two war for the maintenance and we couldn’t get the loyalty for the next alliance quest...please give us a loyalty compensation

    Mmmmm nope...in the banner: Compensation for the Issues that we experienced on November 8th and the rewards that were unable to be claimed due to those issues are being sent out via in-game mail on November 15.

    Compensation have arrived, next week they will give us only season reward...sorry for my english man ;)

    The compensation we received today was just for the game being down for several hours from the emergency maintenance. Yes we get the season 13 rewards on the 20th but we will also be receiving more compensation for aq/aw as well. Its literally been all over the forum.
