Hi all, this is a bit of good and bad from Kabam. Firstly, Great job on the compensation, personally I think it's too much but not complaining there at all. Now to the major mess, why in god's name would you change the planetary boost from 90 to 20? Why can't you let it be the same for everyone? Or is it because one youtuber couldnt wait and messed up his run and you still wanna reward him? It makes no sense. And if still you decided to go ahead with the change, dont count those people for the rewards, AT ALL. How do you guys manage to be so hypocritical and two faced every time?

In my opinion leave the boost the way it was for the duration of the legends cutoff. You thought 6.2 was bad with people getting legends times of 2-3 days.....

@Greywarden exactly my point, it's anyways gonna take people 9-10 hours no matter what. Atleast for those who wait, but because they wanted to reward this guy they pull this stunt. Great job! They really lack a spine.

To be fair it was pretty op, I got the havok boss down during my indestructible with cmm, I think the nerf is a bit severe though, make it 60% or something

Didn’t tjek how that bost was but sure if havok was down that fast. Then it need to be neft a bit not that much because then covus ect stil wil be better then somone like carnacge and Angela.

I’m assuming that boost is why lagacy decided to do his legends run so early, he was in the beta so probably figured it out but kept it secret

A 70 percent reduction is over the top. They need to leave this as is or refund anyone who bought these boost the units. Almost 2000 in total.

This is complete Horse poop, I was planning on using that boost to get some exploration done soon. Obtained 6.3 completion a couple of days ago with Omega Red, and now the boost gets nerfed. How is that fair to the remaining imbeciles like myself that have yet to explore 6.3? Kabam is really messing with game in a very bad way. So much negativity, so many problems with the game, so many players/customers getting the shaft by Kabam recently.

I think it's unfair advantage to the players who took advantage of the bug specially some content creators who were in the BETA and knew this was there. Even if they cleared 50% of the act with corvus, it's still unfair for the rest of us. I am not sure if KABAM is promoting us to take advantage of any bug like the Cull initial bug when he was too OP or are we suppose to wait now every time we think the content is not as easy as it seems to be.
Personally, when I saw some Ytubers clear the content like Domino in 7 hits with Corvus, i knew its not supposed to be easy and was inclined to clear it myself but was afraid if kabam would ban me..nor did i felt it would be fair.
Kabam needs to clearly either undo the boost nerf for all or disqualify the player base who took advantage of it. If i follow the rules, i must be rewarded not punished or made to feel disheartened.
Maybe it's bad..maybe it's good..but i feel it's not right!
@Kabam Miike I hope you can acknowledge it with some of your thoughts. Acknowledgement would make it feel better for many loyal players like me who play the game by your rules and don't take advantage of the issues when we see one!

Kabam, you should consider choosing honest beta testers next time. Otherwise they will only tell you when something is too difficult but they won't tell you of broken OP dynamics like this boost (so they can keep it to their advantage)

Kabam did not realize this was broken. You should have a dedicated internal beta tester who goes through all these things. External testers are excellent for feedback and care about the game but they prioritize their own interest . It is ok, these things happen but unfortunately a small number of players got an unfair advantage.

You should expulse from your content program any beta tester who directly cleared the content until this buff and started it using straight away. That would show they knew about it in the beta and keep it quiet.

Pretty bad when the content creators get advance notice and experience of the quest, know the boost is broken and then exploit it for their legends run.

Leave the boost as-is or penalize anyone who used it

Good points. One of the content creators who exploited this boost was pretty smug about it. No doubt he didn’t give that feedback about it on purpose.

from what I understand if you are in the beta you cannot do the legends run, atleast that is what a content creator stated.

He definitely did a legends run and will get the rewards on top of it and played in beta.

Most people don't know about it as they aren't entering 6.3 yet.. or don't think it affects them.. but that may change as more people get into 6.3 and realize how much of an advantage those who had this boost were afforded..

What I find sad about this though.. if the person streaming wasn't a well known you-tuber.. i'm pretty sure they would have been negatively affected.. I'm seeing more and more how changes are made to this game when only a certain few people complain.. regardless what the majority of the community want.. it's strange that they cater to BG so much and he doesn't even contribute any money to the game.. he wanted the map 7 costs changed.. that was done within a week of him making a video.. now he was complaining about this cosmic boost for 6.3.. the very next day it gets changed..

That’s what makes this one worse...there was a test...an invitational beta where users like Lagacy saw the broken boost, said nothing and then benefit when it goes live.

There were many more that also knew and took advantage. This was not very hush hush around the community from what I’ve been seeing and reading. Which makes it a true exploit, worse than those that ran a quest for a small revive an ungodly amount of times. The problem is so many people took advantage that you don’t see people complain because they don’t want docked. Or they don’t want there alliance hurt!

There will be additional legend titles given out. The regular, determined amount will still get there’s without the boost working.

I watched the stream. Lags had no idea until about three hours in. Even so, it was in the beta.
