How to fight Vision AARKUS on this month's UC event?

I've tried and tried and I just can't get through him. I'm saving for my last 3 paths of variant 2 so spending isn't really an option. Any tips/counters?

I have no coldsnap immune higher than a 2/35 sabretooth.
