Killmonger/Void synergy (dismay)

Does anybody know if Killmonger has a chance to shrug off the dismay degen debuff and regen from it as long as he has the Void synergy active? I know it works in the Icarus chapter in 6.2

If it isn't passive, he can. Dorms degen is passive, you distinct them by timer. Normal debuffs have ring expiration, passive ones have solid fill of colour and expiration showed by sector of a circle

Yeah I figured it was a passive I guess it was just wishful thinking. All good though I’m halfway through the map without being hit so that’s the way to get around it 😁
