Looking for new alliance after season rewards

Looking for active alliance running 3bgs in AQ and AW, preferably Gold. For AQ, at least 1 bg dedicated to map 4. I've never done map 5 but I can try.
I'm playing since May, got uncollected with 4 stars last month and completed uncollected quest as well. Got a nice 5 star pull since with cull, omega and I believe Ultron will have some use. Even duped cull as my first 5 star dupe.
I'd say I'm a grinder and I expect no less from my alliance.
If time zone matters, I currently live in Taiwan but I'm not Taiwanese.

We are a group of moderate players who work together to maximize rewards. Most of us are 5x5 burnouts who just enjoy playing without all the AQ/AW pressure.
AW: 2 BG's in season, 1 BG off season. Traditionally we are G2, but last season slipped into G3. Hoping to bounce back.
AQ: 544, 544, 444, 444, 433 for 80-90 mil weekly.
400-500k SA weekly, small minimums just to help us weed out the deadwood, no donations.
We use discord for group chat.
