Just attack and spam bleeds haha, preferably use sp2 to trigger enervate debuff which prevents the opponent from gaining power when you hit them, then continue to stack bleeds so that the enervate debuff stays for a long time.

I'd your lucky you can can get an occasional stun too.

There are definitely better skill champs that you can get, but gwenpool is quite decent if you don't have blade, aegon, etc yet

Depends on your point of view haha, I like gwenpool's bleeds, but when massacre can manage to light up his bat, it's fun to ramp up incinerates too haha. Overall I still think gwenpool is abit better cause of the enervate debuff she can inflict, unless you have domino and you use massacre for domino synergy.
