Using Guillotine 2099's sp2 heal reversal in combination with Indomitable will heal block the defender, but upon parry the shock from Short Circuit doesn't seem to be triggering. Wasted a 30% boost + a Short Circuit boost with this.

    Not very sure why it happens. Is the heal reversal from P99 passive? It MIGHT be because the boost might need an actual debuff.

    The boost needs an actual heal BLOCK, such as sentinel sp1, not a heal reversal

    it says heal block, would be nice if kabam fixed this instead of confusing people making us waste boosts unnecessarily

    So most likely it's just on active debuffs. Sentinel Yondu etc ftw! lol
