Arena "help" option keeps resetting

I've been grinding arenas to get champions, and during the past couple of days I've noticed that me clicking "Help" doesn't work properly. I keep coming back looking at when I can re-do the arena, and the help option keeps resetting, causing my arena grind to slow down tons.

I'm playing on an LG G7, Android version 9, Game version: 954917

    Another related issue is that my "Help" option doesn't always appear immediately after completing a duel. I occasionally have to restart the game multiple times/wait a while for it to eventually appear.
