Nexus premium crystals

Is anyone getting champs from the new Nexus crystals and not getting max sigs? I got a 3* Colossus and 2* Vision and their sig levels went to 49 and 19 respectively. You can see it in Seatin's nexus video too. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem
