Did not receive compensation package

Hi Kabam

I haven’t received the AW compensation package that went out recently... wanted to know if there is an criteria to be eligible for this compensation.

    When the bug happened no one could participate in war and few alliances did not even match up but they all received the compensation package.

    I believe, and I am not sure if this is accurate, but what he is saying is that if you participated in wars 7-9 of what was supposed to be last season. 7 everyone could participate in, 8 and 9 a lot could and many could not. The compensation is meant to be, again if I am not mistaken, compensation for any resources you used in those wars because they were removed from the official tally for season 13.
