Allaince war Energy Bug ?

in Bugs and Known Issues
So i just entered war and started out with 3 energy instead of 5 ... so i thought it was a visual glitch , but i moved only 3 steps

    When AQ and AW start you only have 3 energy, it is how its been, but if you dont join for a couple hours you will gain more so I can see how you may think you started with 5.
