Nightcrawler Is bugged

in Bugs and Known Issues
Iv noticed fighting with Nightcrawler, he has major bug right after attacking with him.
Everytime I go in for a combo, theres is a lag, making it unable to block nor dash backwards. It leaves him nearly open to attacks everytime I land a hit. Its frusterating. Anybody else notice this?

    the lag is with all champs, the bigger bug with NC is that he randomly disappears (except his sword) during a fight which makes him exponentially harder to beat
