Massacre consistently freezing mid combo

I’m one of the few that have ranked up Massacre because he is a very effective boss killer. I keep writing kabam stating that massacre will freeze in the middle of my tapping It always comes at the worst time. The generic message stated for me to write on here. This is become very difficult to deal with because in war you want to go death free especially against the main boss if it’s invisible woman. But now it’s just happening way too often. Sometimes he will stop attacking after you tap light hit once and then he will just stand there or it will take half a second for him to continue to do his combo. It would be very significant if someone on the team can look into this because the resources to rank up my six star massacre Was a huge amount just for him to go broken a month later
