Right honesty is best. We had to let a guy go who thought he knew everything and just did his own thing and was not a team player. Once he left he took 3 of his friends with him. So now we are looking for 4 new active players to join us.
We are a family not a dictatorship. Everyone has a say in any changes the ally makes even if you are not an officer. Our officers deal with the day to day running of the alliance. Major changimes to maps or bgs, everyone has a say.
We are ideally looking for active map 5 players so if you are too good for your current ally, or wanting to step down and slow down from map 6 or 7 or you just fancy a change then come talk to me in game or in line app at connor892. I am the leader of the ally and can answer any of your questions.
