Nick Fury bugged?

I just fought the SS mini boss in AQ with Nick Fury, first fight I used him, and as soon as the fight started the lmd was gone and I started to degen and I didn’t get the fury either and I died. Now he’s dead and it’s still showing I have the persistent charge. Has this happened to anyone else?

    Yes it happened to me in AQ yesterday.

    First time I used him, no LMD.
