I submitted 4 tickets that were closed immediately with an email response stating sometimes games have maintenance and issues. We hope you aren't too upset, blah blah blah. I don't need apologies, I need my potions back. But they don't care. I'll just keep sending tickets to annoy them I guess.

Thank you @Isman1998 for being constructive in your initial post. We appreciate seeing the feedback and hearing your thoughts towards it. The only reason we removed certain comments was due to them being nonconstructive.
I understand the frustration that came with the servers being down, but please know that we've addressed this already in stating that the downtime wasn't due to the exploit bug. These two issues were completely separate and both unfortunate. We're investigating a number of different things at this time in regards to issues being met by players and I apologize for the wait time on these. I know it can be frustrating to sit in the dark, but know that once we have information on any issue that has arisen we will share it with all of you. We don't want to give information we don't currently have to give. I'm going to lock this thread down because while the OP's initial comments were constructive, we've had to continue to remove comments. But again, we will provide updates with more information once it is available. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
