Mystic tier 4 help

Hi I have a mystic tier 4 to use up in my stash which expires soon. Who do you think is worthy?
Dr strange r4 duped LV 20
Scarlet witch r4 unduped
The hood r3unduped
Now I heard scarlet witch is good esp if awakened (if get gem or duplicate be a bonus)
Dr strange is handy but not truly brilliant and would cost more at present
The hood would take a massive chunk of gold so may build him slowly another time
Or I could let the tier 4 expire save the gold for other champs like Hyperion when get cosmic tier 4, blade,omega and recently opened domino.
