Whatever i type doesn't appears in game chat.

Whatever i type does not appears in game chat nor in global neither in alliance chat.
I have restarted the game multiple times but its still not appearing.
Its been more than 16 - 18 since this prob started.
Please need help as i cant communicate with alliance members also.
