Trouble tickets

Why does it take so long for Kabam to answer trouble tickets? It's supposed to be within 24 hrs to talk to someone, yet it takes days.

Our teams do our best to respond as soon as they can to the tickets sent into them. We apologize for any delay you may be met with, but please patient as they work to get to yours. In the meantime, we recommend not sending another ticket so to keep from filling that queue more.
