We are recruiting for active mature members , I've noticed that ppl seem to think that they can walk into AW and always win!! That's not the case when we were a 2,3 and 5mil+ alliance we were always matched up with a team that was 2-3 mil+ stronger than we were!! You need to have a strategy as well as knowledge of correct defender placement and even then you're still not certain of a victory!! It takes work and skill!! We are only 3 and looking to rebuild and exceed where we were before, not looking to merge with any other team but I'm open to you merging with my team, besides my name is much cooler!! No b/s or ego trip just want to have fun and grow and for those of you who have something to work with this is a chance to get your game / hero's up to par!!!! If I have a team of all officers then I'm fine with that knowing that everyone has a specific function and as a team we can work together to get these rewards and improve our gameplay........ Alpha922
