Will we able to get 2* exclusive champs for Variant 4 ?

In 2* pool we never saw some champs , will we able to get some of them before Variant 4 or will we try to do our best with our current roster ? If we can get some answer about this , I will be really appreciated. Here are the champs I'm talking about ;
- Hyperion,Medusa,Corvus Glaive, Cull Obsidian, Heimdall
- Ghost,Guillotine 2099, Mysterio, Warlock
- Archangel, Domino, Havok, Ice Man, Namor, Omega Red, Sunspot
- Aegon, Blade, Gwenpool,Stealth Suit Spidey
- Cap IW, Fantastic Four(Thing is not included),Void
- Claire Voyant, Dr Doom
Note : I know some of those champs was included some special offers(Domino,Ghost,Corvus Glaive ..etc.)

    Maybe we will get 10 of the collectors crystals as a doo pletioon reward and they will contain these champs. Hopefully

    You know how they have a 2* as a reward for beginner EQ? I wish they would put in a featured champ fron that month last year as the reward, instead of a red skull
