Who should I rank 5?

Who should I rank 5 next. Every is awakened. Cap IW is max sig.

If you have a high ranked Rulk, plus a Masacre then Domino takes the lead.
If you are a quality Ghost player, her hands down.
But if not, CapIW is just so useful everyone should have one ranked up.

I have a 6 red hulk. I’m pretty decent with ghost and cap is extremely useful.
