Sorry I haven’t played the game for the past few days so I’m not sure wat going on.
I see two basic arenas I was just wondering if this is a new thing or just a 1 time thing if so is there any explanations?

    Yes. We've answered this prior when the announcement initially went up! Cull's basic arena was during the time we experienced a lot of downtime so we wanted to give y'all another proper chance at him.
