Can I contact Kabam Miike or other directly through a private forum?

Need to privately chat to one of the people at kabam because I have an issue in game and the support team aren’t replying. I’ve tried and waited multiple days, I’ve contacted them correctly and everything is correct but no response. I’d like to directly and privately talk to kabam Miike or other about an issue.

    I believe they are only forum moderators and can’t actually help resolve in-game issues.

    Usually when support gives you the silent treatment, you’re SOL.
