Ranking up question

Hi I'm currently on act 4 and getting more difficult now which champs are my best choice to rank up to help this and other quests?

5*
Storm R2 unduped (seems average)
Winter soldier R2 unduped (don't use him much)
Capt marvel og R2 unduped( use most out of 5*)
Cyclops red r1 unduped (seems poor?)
Yellow jacket R2 unduped ( not impressed)

4* high already
Thor r3 duped
Hyperion r4 unduped
Hawkeye r4 unduped
Emma frost r4 duped
Hela r4 duped

4* thinking of ranking
Omega red r3 unduped
Blade r3 duped
Spider man symbiote r3 unduped
Domino r1 unduoed
gwenpool r1 unduped

I have others that may be ok but this is my shortlist. Naturally I cant do all due to. Resources. What are people's thoughts and reasons please?

    Max Domino and take Rulk and Masacre with and she'll do most of act 4 herself.

    Don’t count out WS or Hawkeye. They helped a ton. Power drain and bleeds

    Cool thanks guys, I do like Hawkeye and been debating for a while whether to max him or not. Interested on domino I have a 3 * rulk is he worth it for synergy or wait for higher star?

    I also missed out hood unduped r3 and scarlet witch r 4 unduped both 4*. I also have a 3* scarlet witch I could awaken ??
