Offer worth it?

I only have 1500 units, so I won’t be able to get any of the residual offers. I’m slowly working to get my first 5/65, so some of the catalysts would be useful. Just not sure if this is a good value

If you don't need to rank up your 5* as fast as possible it's better to save units for something else.
The main thing here is Tier 2 alpha catalyst and maybe 5* hero crystal shards ;
Tier 4 class catalyst crystal is a kind of a 'Try your fortune' game, and you may simply get a catalyst you can't put into your current hero;
I'd prefer to save units, maybe they might be useful later.
